Orders are sent with TNT/TPG-Post.
Orders outside the Netherlands can also be sent with a courier of your preference (such as DHL etc.).
The freightcosts depend on the weights and destination.
The freightcosts within the Netherlands are from € 0.44. Orders below 3kgs are charged with € 0.50 adm.- / processing costs (except for pick up orders) .
For sendings within the Netherlands we use 3 types of send methods of which the products are delivered within 24 hours when ordered before 2.00pm (Monday to Thursday only) and when the products are is stock:
1) Mailbox mail; uninsured mail that fits in the orange/red TNT/TGP-Mailbox (Pls. read the described conditions below attentively).
2) Standard mail; suitable for all our products.
3) Rembours mail; suitable for all our products.
All sendings within the Netherlands are automatically calculated. Companies registered in the Netherlands have the opportunity to pay T/T within 14 days after receiving the goods. Individuals have also the possibility to pay T/T within 14 days after receiving the goods, however this is only acceptable for orders below the € 30.00. Orders above the € 30.00 have to be paid in advance (except for rembours delivery).
